Abstract

The advanced technology has way for new channels of communication and interaction among individuals. Despite the many positive changes brought about by the digital era, it has also introduced unique challenges in terms of safeguarding human rights. Presently, people are connected more than ever before; however, the same connectivity has given rise to issues like online harassment, cyberbullying, and privacy concerns. As such, it is directed to establish strategies that address these challenges while ensuring the protection of human rights. Governments and organizations worldwide are finding it challenging to handle human rights issues in the digital age. We will discuss some of the pressing challenges surrounding human rights and explore ways in order to tackle these concerns and work towards an equitable and impartial digital environment.
