Dr. Kamna Singh, Ph.D., D.Litt. (Editorial Director and Patron)

Dr. Kamna Singh (D.Litt.) is a well-known Hindi author, who has also been honoured with the Sur Puraskar (for Hindi Literature) for 2012 by the Govt of Uttar Pradesh. She has consistently, through her writing, raised important issues related to human rights, women’s rights, children’s rights and gender. She has more than 45 books, along with several collections of poems and numerous articles to her credit.

Rakesh Kumar Yadav

Mr. Rakesh Kumar Yadav has worked as a civil servant for about 17 years and had extensive experience in public administration, including implementation of welfare and regulatory policies, and drafting policies and regulations to advance public interest. He has been associated with the cause of justice for the weak and the downtrodden. Law has been his passion since the beginning of his career in public service. He switched over to the corporate sector in 2008, where he has been handling commercial litigation including arbitration.

Usha Yadav

Prof. Usha Yadav, Ph.D., D.Litt. (Senior Editor)

Prof. Usha Yadav (D.Litt.), recipient of the Padma Shri (2021) for literature and education, has been a renowned Hindi author for more than fifty years. While working full time as a Professor of Hindi Literature at Kanhaiyalal Maniklal Munshi Institute, Agra University, from where she retired in 2008, she has been writing on womens’ rights, child rights and human rights, among other social issues. She has more than hundred books to her credit.

Dr. Raj Kishore Singh (PhD.) has had a teaching experience of more than forty years. He retired from the post of Principal of KR College, Mathura in 2001. He has been working for reforms in the educational sector. He has also served as a Member, Uttar Pradesh Higher Education Selection Commission at Prayagraj.
